Our Services & Prices

• Payment is due on the 1st of each month.

• A $10 late fee will be applied if payment is not received by the 10th of the month.

• If you choose to pay by mail, please send your check well in advance to ensure it arrives before the 10th. Any checks received after the 10th are considered late.

• Once your payment is late, your service will be placed on hold until payment is made.

• If you're on the no-pickup list due to non-payment, you must make the payment before your pickup day to receive service. If you make a payment on the scheduled pickup day and are already on the no-pickup list, service will resume the next week. 

• If you request service on your pickup day after being on the no-pickup list, there is a $20 charge to send a driver for the service.

• We recommend signing up for auto-draft. However, if your auto-draft payment is declined, there will be a fee to cover charges made by the processing company. This is a pass-through charge.

• We do not accept payments taped to trash carts or payments given to our drivers. We only accept payments via mail or online.

• We provide service once per week. Your specific day of service is determined by your service address. 

• Customers have a designated pickup "Day," not a specific pickup "Time." Route times may vary due to route changes.

• In case of a missed pickup, we will get you serviced the following day. Please contact us the next morning, and we'll take care of it.

• Trash carts are the property of Compass Waste.

• Trash carts must be placed by the curb for us to pick up.

• Billing continues as long as the trash cart is on your property.

• If you decide to cancel service and have not paid for the current month, the trash cart must be empty before we pick it up.

• We commence route operations at 6:30 am. Please have your trash cart out the night before your designated pickup day or before 6:30 am.

• If your trash cart is not by the curb when we reach your area, it will be picked up the following week on your scheduled pickup day.

• We offer the option to return and collect your trash if you forgot to place it by the curb; there is a $20 upfront charge. Please call us if you require a return pickup.

• If your trash cart is not out when the driver arrives for pickup, a photo will be taken and saved in your file.

• No refunds will be issued for services already rendered. 

• Please be kind, as good manners go a long way.

• We will not tolerate rudeness; service may be terminated for violations.

• By submitting your request for service, you are agreeing to Compass Waste's Terms of Service.
